I have been so disappointed in Spider-Man as of late and this issue doesn't help.
Norman Osborn, weapons dealer, was using an Uncle Ben Charity Event to lure Spider-Man out so he could show off his weapons to potential buyers against a Super Hero. A mysterious woman tracking and trying to kill Osborn in a previous issue ended up being Silver Sable who was though to be dead. Her gripe with Osborn is simple. He is enslaving the people of her country and using them to make his weapons for him. In order to free and liberate her people from the Osborn war machine, she must kill Osborn.
This issue was boring. Pretty much just Spidey and Silver Sable fighting Osborn's Goblin Gliders and something called the Kingslayer Mark I which is basically large walking robot with machine guns. There were a lot of opportunities for the artist to do something cool with this fight but he never did. Overall the art is very dark and hard to read and the story is just lack luster.
